Review of Air Canada

I like Air Canada for the most part. Their business class flights to London are good. Their economy flights around Canada are good. I tend not to fly them to the US as at least one of those legs ends up on Air Canada Rouge or United, neither of which I like.

I find the flight attendants on AC friendly and the seats to be fairly comfortable (I have long legs).

I'm not thrilled that they divested Aeroplan and are planning to replace it with a new program in 2020 (points won't transfer over to the new program). Loyalty programs seem designed to punish their customers these days.

air canada business class his by far the best way to travel we always took the bigger seats this time we went business class oh my god food excellent good wine seats lots of space claude our attendant was by far the best excellent customer service when you arrive to destination your luggage are the first to come non stop food snacks and drinks wow your the best we are going again end of march and of course business class again thank you so much for that great experience your holiday starts has soon has you get to the airport cause you can also go salon rouge which his great before your flight thanks for making my holiday memorable

The quality and quantity of meals were not good and enough. For breakfast they severed only a pice of oily bread that's all. we had 2 hours delay but it was due to weather condition.

Flight was canceled and we were waiting that they will find other flight for us to fly to Vancouver from 3 am morning to 1 pm afternoon we wait at front counter with one year old baby Workers are disrespectful and careless. I Don’t recommend anyone

their business and premium service is very good. if you miss a flight there is little back up from some of these cities and getting stuck is problematic
