“Good leg space”

With tight seats it was a relief that there was plenty of leg space to be had. The seat was comfortable even if when it was reclined it would make its way back to an upright position and the table would fold down properly. The food was typical airline food. Perfectly edible and the air hostesses were friendly on the whole.

The plane hostesses are very friendly and helpful, food is good, drinks are available all the time :).

Personally we had a good experience flying with Air Canda. The only thing is that they forgot the gluten-free menu we ordered for my boyfriend. We had a confirmation email and everything, they just missed it. In the first flight they didnt do anything special and David had to eat a regular menu but in the second one, the in-flight service manager solved the issue for us, got us a gluten-free meal and even some little extra treats. It was very nice to see someone caring for customers and doing their best. I'll definitely flight with Air Canada again.

After checking in our suitcases at the Air Canada counters, we proceeded through security and went directly to our departures gate (D35). We had arrived at the gate roughly 30 minutes prior to boarding time (2:10 PM). At approximately 2:00PM, the attendant at the AC departure counter made an announcement that AC 169 had been over-booked by eight passengers (however that happened, was unknown) and asked for volunteers who may be willing to give up their seats. Another announcement shortly thereafter advised that the aircraft to be used for the flight had some internal communication issues which will delay the flight.
Sorting out the overbooked flight and communication problems took roughly 30 minutes which we were than informed, resulted in the ground support personnel who push out the aircraft, etc. to turn their attention to another AC aircraft, resulting in a further delay to AC 169. After finally boarding the aircraft, we were informed by the pilot that a ground support team was finally in place to push our aircraft out thus allowing us to depart Toronto Pearson Airport. As well, the pilot apologized for the 1 hour delay of the flight, all of which was the direct result of Air Canada mismanaging their operations.

We were extremely disappointed with this non-weather delay, all the result of inefficient and perhaps incompetent operations on the part of Air Canada.

As a direct result of this delay, my wife and I were unable to attend an Edmonton Oiler/ Nashville Predator hockey game for which we had ticket!!

Very disappointing!

excellent service and staff on all our flights with Air canada , nothing was a problem value for money. On arrival at all airports did not have to wait long for luggage.
Used Air canada on interal flight to calgary then back to uk from Vancouver. Was Not disappointed would recommend them.
