Due to unforseen circumstances we missed our flights and had to re-book new flights with short notice, we were lucky enough to have been able to book new ones with Aeroflot at a reasonable price and bonus that they were bussiness class. The flight was very relaxed and the staff were very attentive, overall a very relaxed flight and the seats very comfortable which ment a lot of sleep

Flying from Phuket Thailand to Amsterdam via Moscow. As a party of 6 checking in 24 hrs prior departure absolutely unable to book seats together.
Leaving Phuket already 40 mins of delay, without any explanation of the cabin staff or flight deck personel.
I requested some assistance in helping to catch our connecting flight to Amsterdam(remaining time at Moscow 1 hr 10 mins).
My request was not handled at all and cabin staff looked at me as if I came from Mars!
Flight to Amsterdam luckily no problem while it had more than 1 hour delay and again no explanation at all. Overall a poor experience!!

i usually consider Leg space and it was Fine, Nice Vegan pre-ordered Food,Good new Aircraft. the Flight went well.
they are very restricted in Luggage and hand bag size and weight at the airport, please be aware of that not to get problem at the check in desk.

It is a budget airline for reasons and its reflected during the experience all the time. I will not say that they are cheap but I think that I ALMOST got what I could get for what I paid.
The first and biggest disappointment was at Sheremetyevo airport. The plane (2 change overs for my return trips) never go to the gates. You have to take a bus and I was travelling with an infant. You can imagine the discomfort in collecting the baby pram at the stairs, packing the baby in jacket/gloves/cap to brave the snow and low temperatures, take the bus and then rush for a transfer.
The interiors of the plane have worn out, the linen at headrest cries for a wash, legs struggle for space, you cry for magazines which are not just in Russian (yeah, not even English), in-flight entertainment is Russian and Chinese friendly, & if you are not yet aware that they do not serve alcohol, you may now want to fly another airlines.

The next big three in low points are
- Food (vegetarian) - even a road side stall can cook better & can offer more variety + options. To add to it, connecting flights offer the same menu (duh)
- Lavatories - in just 3 hours, did it go so bad or it was not serviced after the last journey?
- Hospitality - barely to a level where you cannot actually complain but you would not be satisfied.

Plus points
Despite everything, plane noise - not irritating
- General landing-take-off were smooth.
- Movie collection is good
- Check-in & Boarding - BIG PLUS, thank you aeroflot for that. Very easy & staff is really considerate and helpful

Aeroflot is really bad. I don’t know where should I even start with.
First the service is crappy-they don’t even speak english. They don’t serve alcohol at all. They don’t have beverages on the cans but in a huge bottles where all the gas has gone out. They don’t have lemon, honey, lactos free cream etc...
The planes are really old and the entertainment system is the worst I have ever seen. You do even have the opportunity to plug in your own headset with 3,5 jack.
Now the food...just don’t eat it. Its horrible.
And guys you need to print out your boarding pass for them...they don’t know what is electronic boarding pass
