Thomas cook airlines were probably one of the best for flights, always on time or a little delay. Service is still good but omg have they put in another row ,, so cramped it was an long flight!! No room to put your tray down, .cant stretch your legs at all I am only 5ft 4 and I struggled with the legs . A poor guy next to me was 6ft and his knees were almost at his chest.
Come on Thomas cook sort it out it's not a pleasure anymore

The flight with Thomas Cook was good, even in economy there was plenty of legroom. Although there is a seat-back TV there is only a selection of films and programs available for free, you are able to purchase an entertainment code for £5 each, which will enable you to unlock the rest of the films.
The food both outbound and inbound were of a decent quality and this is supplied with either a soft drink or tea or coffee.
For the price I paid to fly to New York, Thomas Cook is a good mid-range option, decent service for the price that you pay.

so this is the third occasion we have flown thomas cook ,each time driving south of edinburgh to newcastle as its cheaper (sort this out thomas cook, easier if i flew from edinburgh ) however once on the aircraft they are clean but not roomy in fact recently ive elected to pay the extra legroom for some comfort as a 4hour + flight would be torture.attendants are always smiling but i dont understand why they have keep selling food duty free scratcards etc all the way through a flight granted its handy going but not clever when your returning home with very little cash flow that said i still rate thomas cook airlines as in my top favourites and would rather them than ryanair.

Fantastic service, from booking flights from Bristol Airport to Dalaman and return to Bristol. Nothing was too much trouble. Both my husband and I are disabled and wheelchair assist was arranged for both flights wich was excellent. The kindness and support could not be faulted. Have already booked flights for next year as the service was so good. The James Martin food onboard was very tasty and enjoyable as well.

We we’re given false information at the time of booking our holiday, about the resort and what the holiday included. We were told ‘all inclusive’ included ALL alcohol, which was a lie. Also scammed out of €180 from one of the reps, which were as part of our holiday package deal. When emailing Thomas cook about the issues, they couldn’t care less. To them, money is everything. No customer care at all. They didn’t care at all that we only booked this holiday based on information given in the travel agents, which wasn’t true. I will
Never book a holiday with Thomas cook again, as the overall holiday has been ruined by their absolutely disgusting lack of customer care.
