I travel Gulf Air to Dubai on a number of occasions always business class, on my flight today I was delayed due to an accident and missed my flight . The airline was contacted in Bahrain and they where less than helpful .. Dubai office was unhelpful to say the least ... and am now being asked to book another flight as they don’t know how much I paid so the cannot change it !!’ Appalling to say the least and will never fly this airline again

It was cheaper than Emirates and the timings suited me.
The flight attendants were polite, the flight was on time and everything run smoothly.
I didn't mind the brief stop-over in Bahrain.

The flight was overbooked, late and service was rubbish. The seats were falling apart and the food was terrible.

Massive 5 hour on way out and 6 hours on way back no compensation very poor meal ticket in Bahrain airport

For the price I paid was not expecting the service we got. Helpful and welcoming staff at airport ,good leg room on plane .Inflight meals as good as any other airline I have flown with .Stopover in Bahrain very smooth both on outward and coming home .For the price will defiantly use again .
