Our flight was delayed by 15 minutes, despite all passengers being on board early. It would have been respectful if the staff informed passengers of the reason for the delay.

Kiri was a thoughtful and gracious host and our service was very good.

Good was acceptable, but not great. The wine was good.

As with most Virgin planes, the toilet seat won't stay vertical.

We travelled Business Class and found the service excellent. The check-in was quick and efficient. The lounge was comfortable and the food available was suitable for the times that we were travelling. The priority security was quick and simple and the service on the flight was friendly and and pleasant. Again the food and drink available was suited to the time of travel.

This was are first flight on Virgin Australia and they proved to be up to the task. Our flight left on time and the check in was very good. The plane was newer and very clean. We had extra leg room. The food and drinks where excellent for economy. We also got noise reducing head phones which was quite nice. The staff where always available if you need anything not like Qantas. We enjoyed our flight and our time with them.

I have flown Virgin Airlines, both domestic and international, for many years and always found the crew to be friendly and the check in faultless.
I am so impressed I have joined their frequent flyer program.

Unlike qantas, baggage unable to combinate. Felt rip off as this kind treatment usually cames with cheap third rate airplane. If i know, i will use another plane.
