My trip to Australia started with me finding out that I had accidentally booked on of my flights without checked luggage -oops. Although it cost me extra the lovely lady at the check in desk made it a pleasant experience. Both flights there and back went on time and were what you expect from a no frills airline. Staff were friendly.

The short slightly delayed flight from Melbourne to Sydney was comfortable and one really doesent expect a great deal from such short trips yet the friendly and professional virgin staff do make it a pleasurable experience to fly. I find the seats to be great though of course one would like more room and there are the x seats which I didn’t sit in on this occasion. The snacks are generally boring sometimes I do think just bring your own eats treats and drinks. Entertainment mmm well, use your own device which is ok but I watched a movie on my phone and drained the battery which essentially wasn’t a good idea as I need to use the phone once I got to Sydney.
Great club lounges in Melbourne and Sydney with a good selection of foods and drinks. A forever changing aviation industry it is and Virgin still makes me want to fly Thanks Virgin Australia

It is only a 1.5 hour flight but I was more than satisfied with the fllight and the in flight service.

Virgin Australia is a very good company. Professional staff for checking-in, nice lounge with bar serving coffè, cappuccino, etc.
Aircraft was clean, and confortable.

Last 3 flights have all been delayed, this one for nearly 4 hours which meant that we required overnight accommodation in Brisbane, Stayed on tarmac for 50 minutes then during the flight we ask for a sparkling wine which they want to charge us $10-00 per bottle.If this airline wants to complete with Qantas then customer services levels need to be pick up and consideration for their customers not just chasing a dollar
