This aircraft was small and felt very cramped and enclosed it was also very noisy but just bearable for the short flight. Staff were friendly and the aircraft was clean but I don’t think I would use them again it will be EasyJet next time from Belfast international airport a much better standard of plane.

Nothing special, just a typical airline, plus an hour delay on the outgoing flight. One positive though, was the legroom.

No queue at check-in counter, we were checked-in in minutes. Online check-in not available for Budapest with Flybe. Security and immigration checks were quick and thorough. Very small plane, not a full flight. Good legroom, polite and helpful staff/flight attendants. Plenty of luggage room plus the option to check cabin bags in free if we wanted to.

Very smooth take off and landing. On time leaving Budapest and early arrival into Southend.

Excellent value for money and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Quick flight by Flybe operated service by Blue Islands

On a very tired ATR aircraft and as always Flybe Crew are robotic and inflight services being a pay bar and the over priced products are never purchased most of the time.

Check-in staff at London City were friendly but it took over 15 minutes to get thru security and the airport airside was heaving with no seats available or space to swing a cat...

Unfortunately what was a lovely airport is now awful
Flying used to be enjoyable but its now hard work !!!
