Received email saying our flight had been changed by a whole day!
Brilliant. Birthday plans ruined. Money lost on accommodation already booked.
Plane was half empty flying out on the Thursday,but full on the changed date flying back on the Monday. Pretty obvious the Tuesday flight cancelled due to lack of tickets sold but how is that the customers fault?
Is it worth the risk flying with this crowd again?
Shame as the cabin crew and check in staff all very friendly. So great staff but terrible management.
