Late leaving Manchester and even later coming back.
Both late arrivals, made a,huge difference to the experience and were very inconvenient.
Both late arrivals meant hitting rush hours in both cities and long delays arriving at the holiday destination and home.
Only a cursory apology, with no explanation. Cannot recomoend them

On the flight to Edinburgh a delay of nearly 2 hours and no information of when take off would court so we’re unable to inform friends who were meeting the flight.
On return journey, take off delayed. Eventually received an e mail giving take off at 12.10 only to find take off at11.40 posted.Again the airlines staff denied any knowledge of the cause of delay. On boarding we were told our seats were not available and the pilot would have to be consulted in case occupying empty seats about six rows forward affected the trim. No explanation was given. I do not know if rhis chaos is common and I do not intend to find out.

Less than 1star. Flight cancelled as they have no crew. What’s that about! Useless staff at Birmingham check in. Have had 5 flights in the past few years with this crowd, 2 of which were cancelled. On a bus to Manchester for substitute flight. Useless, never again. Flybe, sooner you are out of business the better.

This flight was showing as "on time" until about 45 minutes before it was scheduled to take off. Then an hour and a half delay was announced, which turned into two hours by the time we took off. No information but when a fellow passenger asked why we were delayed when we were on the plane, he was told a long story about delays having occurred all day which did not tally with the departure information available at Newquay. You don't know who or what to believe.

Have flown with Flybe several times and find them to be an efficient, professional and friendly airline. On flight service and information is also excellent.
