Unfortunately there is no 'online check-in' and check-in at the airport opens only 2 hours before departure. This is very unusefull, sometimes I need more time in duty free, but I have to spend this time in queues for check-in.
Check-in desk in Naples were situated in another termanial than Gates and it took time to get there and back, which was very uncomfortable.
Very nice staff at check-in desk at Naples.
20 minutes delay in departure - this is ok (was prepared for longer delay :D ).
The window onboard near me was dirty (someone's trace of forehead).

Made a return trip Dublin to Verona with Ernest on Aircraft EI GCC, a charter flight booked through TUI.
On the outward journey some of the seat belts were faulty. While the buckles fastened OK they allowed the belt to slide freely through the buckle. In an emergency the belts would not have restrained the passengers.
On the return journey, the departure time was deferred several times resulting in an eventual delay of seventeen hours.
Many of the tables in the seat-backs were defective and useless. As they could not maintain a horizontal position placing of food or drink on the table was impossible.
On the much delayed flight which finally departed shortly after 04.00 the only food available on board was a chocolate bar containing nuts. Tough on any passenger with a nut allergy.
A final word of advice; if booking a holiday with TUI, you are not normally told which airline they will use. Check which airline they plan to use before you part with any money.

After having read reviews, we were concerned about flights and quality. In fact, it was a nice flight, much better than Air Canada rouge. Enough room for legs, seats were ok. They had Greek plane, pilot and stewardesses. Pilot recovered a considerable amount of time during the flight, stewardesses managed the passengers very well. It was a delay in Rome, long line, we came 2 hrs in advance and have seen more than 100 people in front of us, line was moving slowly, only 1 counter worked to serve sign in. They added another counter later. Flight from Lviv to Venice 3 weeks later was awesome, no delays, no long line, again Greek equipage.
From Rome folks had a lot of bags, and were very loud during the flight, talking.
We paid around 50 CAD for a ticket.
