Acctually I wont to fly with this airline. but I have no other choice. hopely the company upgrade their facility and service of the flight and company

Cheap low cost flights with no service at all (not even water). We took two inter-island domestic flights with this company and for some reason, they were never on time. Seats were dirty.

When we took the flight from Bali to Labuan Bajo, it was 1h delayed. I thought bad luck, but all good.
The plane from Labuan Bajo to Bali was again delayed - i thought maybe this happens all the time! An apology? Information? Nothing. You just sit there hoping it will ever show up.
The worst part was that the plane was freezing cold the entire trip. People board at Labuan Bajo direct from the beach with shorts and light tops, flip flops... no blankets of course. So we froze on the airplane which must have been 10-15 degrees. Awful !
Plus they said we would take 1h20’ but it took much more.

Semarang to Jember supposed to be a double short trip with Wings Air, twice of a double half hour flys.
It went smoothly trip from Semarang to Surabaya, but it became horror with the second one, Surabaya to Jember delayed for over 3 hours.
Hopefully you could be better someday Wings...we love you because of your cheapness but we were very upseted for your delaying.

Our flight left with a delay of 50 minutes and we lost the connection with the flight of the same company to Rote.

When we arrived in transit, we received an employee who told us only that he felt it and that he could offer us at the same time the next morning at 6.00.

After complaining and consulting with his supervisor, he agreed to offer us a free hotel night in Kupang, with the round trip transfers, the dinner that day and the next breakfast, but the hotel reservation that we had and had paid at Rote they were not going to compensate us.

When we arrived at the hotel, the first problem was that we had to pay for the dinner because the company did not want to pay for it, even though from reception they were called when we complained again. We even called the Wings Air employee in transit who had sworn that the dinner would be included and that he only said he was sorry, but that the last word was that of his boss who did not want to pay for dinner and the company did not want offer us as a simple lunch box delivery for dinner.

The second problem was with breakfast as the hotel did not start offering until 6:00 (time we had to be in our plane taking off): after complaining again at the end we were offered a 250cc bottle of water and a single slice of bread (the only meals and drinks for free in 15 hours payed for Wings Air).

When we arrived at the airport, we waited until 5.00 to open the Customer Service, but the girl who was barely spoke English and limited herself to saying through other two kind Indonesian travelers who were there that she had only been two weeks and that she should send an email to the company but I did not even know the email address (that I will look for it on my website) to be able to ask for the Confirmation Letter of everything that happened and be able to claim
