I actually flew in March 2016, but took my time getting this review in. Sorry!

Check in was ok. Had to wait in a long queue though. Boarding was easy and the tiny plane was much like the small ones offered by Garuda for the same journey. Totally uneventful trip. Prompt disembarking and no problems encountered at all. My 11 yo son was happy with the whole experience. I imagine the staff to have been great with small children, as they were helpful to those with babies and toddlers.

We spent our final 8 nights in Indonesia in Kuta, Lombok and had to return to Bali for our flight out of the country.

You basically have two options to go from Lombok to Bali....fast ferry or fly. As we were in Southern Lombok and close to the airport it made much more sense to fly. The flight was cheaper and quicker than the ferry would of been.

Our flight departed on time and it is a very quick hop over to DPS. Flight was smooth and service good.

I would definitely recommend them over the ferry if you in Southern Lombok.

Very Poor Communication!!!! My flight was cancelled after it was due to depart. There was no P.A. announcement until after the flight was cancelled. Surely they knew before hand. Then when the flight was cancelled, there was no direction as to where to go. So I had to use my experience as a seasoned flyer. Then when arriving at the transfer desk, the staff didn't know what was happening and they couldn't speak English. When following everyone else outside to busses to the hotel provided there was no organisation at all. Don't expect a hotel room to yourself either. You have to share with strangers. The previous flight was with no hassles at all, so it is just hit and miss. After speaking to some other flyers apparently this is a common occurance

Typical of any cheap flight: minimum delayed of 30 minutes is a standard. Any connecting flight other than BATIK/LION is deemed to be your own risk. Cheers.
