Flight from PGK - CGK (return). Good flight, good aircraft, no delay (well there was a delay on PGK - CGK but it wasn't Sriwijaya fault. It was because the other airlines changed their flight schedule. So i can understand that).
Nice flight attendant. Smooth take off and landing. We flew on a good weather so i Really enjoy that flight.
I got snacks also. And most importantly i have safely arrived.

The uniqueness is.. before we take off, the flight attendant were asked passengers to pray. I mean this is the first time I've been on a flight with airline that asked passengers to pray together. Of course pray with our own way. Unique

I will never ever fly with us!
The short story is: they deleted our direct flight from Sorong to Jakarta and rebooked our ticket with transfer in Makasar.
Both flights were daleyed more than 4,5 hours, so we missed 2 other flights and our hotel reservation. We had to spend the night at Jakarta airport and buy a new airticket.
Take my advice, rather take the more expensive air tickets (Garuda Air) because if you fly with them your journey will be more expensive.

Ok this is a low cost airline as as such you can’t expect miracles, but really this is quite basic from start to finish. Small leg room, messy check in and low interest service

We flew with Nam Air which is their subsidiary airline to the Komodo Island. Inward and outward leg were both initially rescheduled- no notice given for the outward leg since they could not send a text or make a call on a number which was not Indonesian but after protesting we were at least notified on the return journey. However this was pointless since both flights were further delayed by 2/3 hours where no information was given to us at any point. Staff were extremely unprofessional and giggled their way though questions from angry customers since they had no idea what was going on. Every time we were given a new boarding time it was pushed later and later, to the point where the airport shut and the aircon was switched off at Labuan Bajo.

The only thing they do is offer you a refund but most other flights are booked up therefore you have no choice but wait

Luckily I chose a 5 hour stopover at Bali otherwise we would have missed our flight home.. most people were not as lucky as us and of course they state that they are not liable for any further missed connections.

I have no idea how an airline can provide such bad service at this day and age, avoid using them at all cost!

The schedule should be at 18:55 and delayed to 19.55, because of operational reasons.

Upon this delay there is no compensation whatsoever.

I have a tip if you're going to get on a plane and late on schedule, especially on night trips, you should have dinner first, use the facilities at the airport, for example you can wait at the lounge, reflexology, internet wifi, also make sure the mobile phone battery in full condition, and prepare a snacks, and also prepare the money to pay taxi from the airport upon arrival in the destination city.

While in Sriwijaya Air, we were given only two pieces of biscuits and aqua glasses.
