Hi there, we are planning a combined kayak & walk trip to Abel Tasman, but can't decide which option is best for us. Some of the things we want to include in our trip are: kayak around the marine reserve (seeing seals, penguins, dolphins... as many as possible!), visiting Cleopatra's pools, going across the swing bridge, doing some of the walking tracks and visiting some of the best sandy beaches. We are thinking of doing 4 days/3 nights, but we could try to squeeze in one more day if needed. Could you recommend us which tour/route/rental is best for us? Thanks in advance! Oh and also... would you recommend to camp or stay in the huts? We are going in the 2nd week of November. Thanks!!

Camp!!!! There are a few campsites with only a few places so a real wilderness experience with your own private beach. Spend 3 nights, Rent a one way kayak for two days then hike for an hour or so on day 2 to a smaller campsite then walk to another campsite for 3rd night. Amazing!
