Hello everyone.

What is the most efficient, price considered method of transportation to Polignano from Furore? Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Do you really want to have a meal there coming from Amalfi Coast? Honestly it makes no sense. There is plenty of great Restaurants on the AC if you want to have a special dinner... It is not worth 3 hours travel to Polignano.

It's not the meal as much as the place. Is it worth the ride? And what places would you recommend? We are into romantic seating, tasty bite and a good glass of wine. We are staying in Furore.

Thank you for responding.

Polignano a Mare is in Puglia and several hour's drive from Furore.

That place is a restaurant, so if you want to go there you need to eat there.I would suggest you to spend the dinner somewhere in Ravello but maybe I need more infos about what you like. If like Grottos then i really suggest you to go to "Grotte di Pertosa", it is a 1.5h walk in wonderful grottos, but maybe the guide will be on ly in italian (well beauty is international) - and is also quite far away from Furore but if you keen on it for sure worth it.

Thank you Luigi. Yes it's a restatement and we r looking for an extra ordinary place to dine as we are celebrating a special event. The Grotte di Pertosa is on the plan to visit. Any recommended extra special place to dine?

Have a look at these: 1) Torre Normanna in Maiori 2)Faro di Capo d'Orso in Maiori 3)Il San Pietro di Positano 4)Il Refettorio (Monastero Santa Rosa) The last two may be quite expensive.
