From all I've read we shall have the opportunity to see superb dark skies ideal for stargazing. Presumably it will be good to get out of the town to get the best viewing.
My question is whether anyone is aware of organised stargazing evenings accessible from Estes Park, maybe with telescopes that can be shared?
I will have my binoculars so realise I can probably just look upwards but don't want to drive into the park at night alone so would rather do so with an organised group.
After Casper we are off to the Black hills & Yellowstone so maybe we can find something suitable in one of those areas if not here. I shall ask on those forums as well.
Thank you for any help.
