Your hotel is located right in the busy Inner Harbor area. There are many restaurants within just a block or 2 that could accomodate you.
McCormick & Schmick's right across the street from your hotel is open until 11pm on weeknights... its probably the best of the upscale chains to eat in the inner harbor. It has a nice view of the harbor and the food is as good as any of the local places. Cheesecake factory is right across the street and open until 11pm too if you want something a little cheaper.
There's plenty of places to eat in Baltimore, but if you're not getting in until 10ish, you probably are best of with something right across the street. You can make a reservation online for M&S if you want.
Burke's Restaurant is a block behind your hotel and open until 2:00 a.m. every night.
Haven't been in the place for years to be honest, but it's an "old school" Baltimore place, been there for decades. If you wanted something more local than chains it's an option. It's more "diner food" I guess, but if you may not want a heavy meal that late at night they've always had good sandwiches.
The Watertable restaurant is right in the hotel, has a great view and serves until 10. I have been there for lunch and it was good..
