I've booked a holiday to Majorca for June 2019 is tourist tax already included in the price I've paid or is this an extra charge when I get there
Pay on arrival 😥😥
It really depends on how and who you’ve booked with. Ive found sometimes it’s included, and other times not. If it’s someone big like TUI then more often not as they like their headline prices to look low.
I think you will have to pay on arrival.
The tourist tax is not included in price of holiday you have to pay it at end of holiday to Hotel I think it depends on star rating of hotel we had to pay 60 Euros at end of holiday was not told of this by travel company or hotel until we left so please be aware of it. I am afraid t has put me off going back to Majorca or any of the islands I shall stick to mainland Spain no tax thereEdited: 11 October 2018, 18:25
Do you pay for kids? If not, what age do you start paying at 14/16/18?
No one yet knows what rates will be charged for the 2019 season though.
It doubled last year, maybe it will double again!
