What are the best and most scenic wineries to visit? Coming to Fredericksburg in November.
In my opinion, the most scenic winery is Becker Vineyards. They have a beautiful tasting room and surrounding patio/gardens. They also make very good wine! https://www.beckervineyards.com/
My second choice for scenic is Chisholm TrailWInery http://chisholmtrailwinery.com/ Their tasting room is decorated in Old West style, and they serve gourmet pizzas on weekends.
As for the "best", that depends on what kind of wines you like, and what kind of experience you are looking for. If you like big, bold red wines, William Chris is excellent: https://www.williamchriswines.com/
If you like sweet, fruity wines, Fat A$$ Ranch & Winery is a good stop. (I can't include their website...)
There is also a tasting room that serves three different wineries' products: 4.0 Cellars https://www.fourpointwine.com/ They serve Brennan, Lost Oak and McPherson wines, all of which are excellent!
Have a fun visit!
