Crieff for a weekend

Between Leven House and Crieff Hotel? Prefer the look of Leven house but The Crieff has a bar and seems to be more central. Is parking ok at both? Or is the distance a lot smaller than its seems to be on the map? Also wondering what restaurant/ pubs would be worth a visit? Attending a wedding in Comrie. Will do Famous Grouse experience too.o kids for the weekend : )

Leven House is a nice B & B located within handy walking distance of the town. Crieff Hotel is located on the High Street and has a nice bar and restaurant. The choice is yours as both are equally as good. There are loads of eating places in Crieff but the best is probably Yanns, which is a little expensive, but if you want to treat yourself to a really lovely meal then you should go. Best to book a table if coming on a weekend. Other restaurants that are good are The Tower, The Lounge, The Gallery, and Gurkas. If you are looking for a good pub - The Tower ,which has a beer garden, and the Curly Coo are both nice. The are several other bars in Crieff, again it depends on your taste but you won't be short of places to go. You should go to the Tourist Information Office on the High Street when you get to Crieff and they will tell you about all the places to visit locally.
