Wow Wow - Sydney transport

We are thinking of staying with friends in Pratley Str, Woy Woy but are dismayed (Google Maps) at its distance from Sydney central where we want to base all our sightseeing.

Please advise:

Distance from Pratley Str to transport connection to Sydney

Is there a bus?

Is there a train?

What is the cost for one person Woy Woy - Sydney return?

We are Kiwis - both over 65yrs. Would we qualify for a discount?

Many thanks

It's like staying in Whanganui and commuting to Auckland central each day.

Train is the best option as you wont catch traffic snarls on the F3. You'd be looking at a pensioner discount ticket if you hold NZ cards (really depends on the guy in the ticket window at the time) $2.50pp return.

If they wont give you pensioner then a my multi 3 is the best option at $57 for the week. pp

Why not spend a few nights with friends and the others in the city.
