There used to be a house south of Perth that had tons of junk and flea market items on its front, side and back lawns and the house was jammed with "things". It was quite a site to see. Can anyone tell me if that place is still there and if so, where exactly it is? I think it may have been on Hwy. 10.

Highway 10 starts at the lakeshore in Mississauga (Port Credit) and ends in Owen Sound. It doesn't go anywhere near Perth.

There is a highway 10 that runs east and west just south of Perth.
People in the Smiths Falls area tend to call all the major roads highways. Perth Highway, Kingston Highway, Brockville Highway, etc. I believe the place you are looking for is Rideau Antiques. It is on County Rd 1 between Rideau Ferry and the 15. I haven't driven by in about two years but it was still there then and Google still lists it as open.

Respectfully, provincial highway's "names" are only used once throughout the province.
Perhaps the road the OP is referring to is a concession or side road, or perhaps as suggested FamilyTripper2018, a county road, but it is not "Highway 10".
