Parasailing in October???

Staying in Topsail mid/late Oct, everything I'm seeing stops in september. Does anyone offer parasailing in october??

I doubt it. There's the potential for pretty chilly weather in late October. Wilmington can see lows in the 30s in October and down below freezing, although average lows are in the low 50s. Average highs are low 70s, so should be great weather for walking on the beach, but not sure I'd want to get in the water in late October. Water temps start dropping pretty sharply in the second half of October, but depending on where you're coming from might be all right. It's usually in the mid-low 70s, too. Early October might be nice, with water temps in the upper 70s. I prefer August and Sept with water temps in the 80s. September is a great time to go to the beach.
