we came thru cherokee last summer and it seemed like most everything in the town had been closed and vaccant,we thought about stopping again on the way to bryson thiscyear and was wondering if the are any stores in cherokee that sell authenic indian crafts, thanks, junktruck

There are 2 places that I can think of that has locale craft items. One is the qualla crafts which is located on 441 by the museum. The other is also on 441 and this one is locate just south of the fun park on the same side of the road and about a mile from the museum.

As for all the other places if you go in one you have seen 90% of what the others have too. And as said above from china
