Review of Biloxi Trip March 4-6

My trip to Biloxi about a week ago was awesome. My sister and I stayed at Beau Rivage. We love staying there. We were on the 23rd floor overlooking Hwy 90 and MGM Park. Nice and quiet up there. Enjoyed strolling around the pool deck and seeing dolphins leaping around in the water. Had a little luck the first night in the casino. However, we walked over to Hard Rock Casino and tried playing. Music was too loud. No tells you to bring ear plugs. No luck there, though. Ate pizza at Snacks. The next day we headed over to IP Casino. Played a Press Your Luck machine and got the bonus where I won a little over $60.00. I managed to keep some of my winnings. Enjoyed a walk over to the beach and sitting in the sand with the seagulls and listening to the waves crash on shore. We enjoyed eating muffins at the Roasted Bean and nachos at Snacks. Lost what I had won on the second night at Beau. We hated to leave on Tues. It was raining, cloudy, and foggy. Overall, we had a great time and looking forward to coming back. FYI- Beau is the place to stay.

Thanks for posting a trip report. Next time you might want to travel a bit more of the area if you have a car. There are a lot of great places to eat nearby, Ocean Springs is a nice little town to explore and there are more casinos over by Gulf Port. We seem to have more luck at the Island View than the Beau.

Hey!!!!!

Beau Rivage has the closest beach access on the gulf side. There is a wooden foot bridge next to the property that you can take over to the beach. You can walk over to Hard Rock, since it is right next door to Beau Another place that is across from the beach is Harrah's Gulf Coast, down further from here. Golden Nugget is not too far from there. I would highly recommend Beau Rivage. We've stayed there before and love it. The view is awesome. I love the pool and pool deck area overlooking the gulf. The food is okay and the staff couldn't be nicer. The casino at Beau is little on the big side, but I usually have some luck there. I hope this helps you out. Good luck and have fun. I am looking forward to going back to Beau before long.

The IP is on the Back Bay in Biloxi so you will likely need a car or a taxi/Uber/Lyft to get to the beach. As Msstategal said I would try Beau Rivage, Golden Nugget or Harrah's if you want a room close to the beach. There's also Hard Rock (next to Beau Rivage) and Margaritaville (next to Golden Nugget but no casino).
