Looking for nice motel on the beach

We will be traveling on the Miss coast in November. It is worth spending a night or two in the BSL area, or should we move further up the coast? Not at all interested in casinos and mega hotels, would like a nice clean place on the beach close to shrimp and beer!

Sorry we missed your post. We don't currently have a beach side or beach view property. When you plan another trip, call us or email us. There is a new investor with approval to build one on Beach Blvd in Bay St. Louis! Please come back.

I hope this is not too late, BSL is a great small town with awesome fresh seafood and great beers! There are homes for rent that are within walking distance to restaurants and local bars. Tkae a look at vrbo.com listing number 587489.

<<and great beers!>>

I never thought that I would tout a beer from Mississippi (my home state), but we fell in love with one several years ago, from just up the road - Lazy Magnolia Southern Pecan Ale, from Kiln, MS.

Seems odd that we had to attend the Southern Foodways Alliance - Taste of the South event at Blackberry Farm in Walland, TN, to discover a great beer from Mississippi, but such is life. I think that Lazy Magnolia is still the "House Beer" at Blackberry Farm, though they have begun brewing some of their own beers/ales.
