Looking for a good restraunt recomendaion

Me are visting our daughter in the Easton/Denton Area and are looking for a nice place to take her out to dinner. I asked her and all she could come up with were "chain" restaurants. Help from San Francisco.

While mostly rural, the Eastern Shore does have some nice dining options. Some travel may be required.

Harry's At The Goldsborough.

Here is a large selection near Easton...most of the better restaurants have their own sites and are linked here:

Another nearby other option is St. Michaels. This is a very quaint and charming little seaside town. The Town Dock, 208 Talbot, The Inn at Perry Cabin, Bistro St. Michaels, Sherwood Landing...all highly considered. Do be advised that Messrs. Cheney and Rumsfeld are St. Michaels residents; some disruption may occur.

For a really nice dinner (probably $30-$50 a person), recommend Restaurant Columbia in downtown Easton. Incredible food, menu changes every 3 weeks, you can find them on the web at www.restaurantcolumbia.com.

For a really nice dinner, but cheaper prices, recommend Out of the Fire (also on the web at http://www.outofthefire.com/ or General Tanukis (across the street, sushi and pacific rim food).

Both Columbia and Out of the Fire are zagats rated and probably require reservations. We love Tanukis because it's casual but really good food, and typically don't need a reservation. They also have a nice bar.
