Sorry can't really answer your question. You may want to call or email them and ask. They do have lockers onsite for your personal items where you would be able to store your passport for the day if you would be comfortable doing this.

You don't need any ID if you don't plan on drinking any alcohol, it is only required for that.

You get a pass on entry to DC, which you use to get alcohol.

If you do want to drink then I would take your original, there are plenty of lockers to then lock if away safely.

Have a Great time, it's a wonderful place!

If you have a photo on your driving licence use it, I use it rather than a passport easier to replace if lost.

Everyone 18 and over is supposed to bring photo ID. This is also required if you were to go to your included park(s) prior to your Discovery Cove day. Your Discovery Cove ID will become your park ticket once you visit. ID is to ensure those checking in are the same as those on the reservation. Think of it as a requirement to redeem your ticket. In other words, it protects you and the money you paid. It's also to establish age for drinking. You should use original ID...at least for anyone 21+ and at minimum the person who booked. If you are 21+ and wish to drink, don't plan on drinking on a photocopy only. Dolphin times are assigned as people arrive. Earlier arrival = earlier time. You should arrive early to avoid a long line to check in and to make the most of your day
