Group dinner in downtown Pleasanton

Can anyone suggest a nice but no too expensive place downtown pleasanton that could host a group of about 20 loud, 40 year olds? Thanks.

Expensive is relative--especially in California. How much are you looking to spend? I had a work party at Haps once. Haps is awesome and probably on the expensive end for most, but the service and food is impeccable. Get the filet migon.

Otherwise, Vic's is super casual and not pricey at all. Also, not really in the downtown area, but the Hopeyard Ale House is fun and loud and has a private room you can reserve.

Might want to check out this site for more ideas.:

Well its not exactly in Pleasanton but its pretty close by and they just finished their remodel and could totally handle a large loud group like yours.

Excellent Mexican food @ Casa Orozco, I love their Mole. It's in Dublin.

Also I have been to corporate events at the following places and they have good food.
