Churchhill manor

We are considering booking for 2 nights here in mid-may. Is this a good place to stay? I've read great reviews but am wondering about the location? Is downtown Napa a good place to be? Is this really within walking distance and are the nearby restaurants good? Would like to also visit Sonoma for 1 of our 3 days and will be driving to/from San Fran.

It's a very beautiful historical Victorian that is a couple blocks from restaurants, etc. The downtown walking tour even goes there, so you know it's close. We go there too, but we're not walking :) Sonoma town is about 20 minutes away, a very easy daytrip.

You asked if the restaurants are good. Yes, they are! It's really hard to decide which one to go to since there are so many excellent choices. I think you will also find that Napa has the greatest variety of cuisines of any town in the Napa Valley.
