Parking Maun Airport

Are there any problems parking our rental vehicles at this airport for a few days whilst we are in the Delta. Any security issues or is it secure parking?

Are you flying into the delta? Or going by a road with a tour operator? Either way, most groups of camps or TOs will have their own compound in Maun so they are probably the best people to ask as they might be able to let you park in their own compound which will probably be more secure than leaving it at the airport (if that's even possible). At least they will be able to advise you where is best to park.

Or if you are staying in accommodation in Maun before and after your trip, you could arrange to leave the vehicle there.

Thanks SG

We are flying into the delta. I have contacted the TO who said we could leave the vehicles at their office or the airport. We are coming from Planet Boabab to Maun in the morning. The rentals vehicles will be Toyota Fortuners I gather rather $$ vehicles however we will take out premium insurance.
