I am an agent who is looking for help on the town of Barry. Any knowledge would be greatly appreciated about this area of Ireland.
I think Barry is not too far from Ballymahon I remember going through it a long time ago I think it is on the road to Longford but it does exist Ballymahon police station will give you directions.
As wrappido said, Barry is close to Ballymahon, Co. Longford. If this link works, you should be able to see where Barry is - just under 10 minutes north of Ballymahon. If the link doesn't work, check google maps for Ballymahon, Co Longford; when that information appears, click on 'directions' and fill in Barry, Co Longford:
Barry is a village and Ballymahon the nearest town.
Uasal any idea How many pubs in Ballymahon now.
I was looking into the Viewmount is this in the right area?
Thank so much for the map, it works perfect for what I need to do!
Longford is on the N4 and the most practical route is via Mullingar and Edgeworthstown - turn off at Edgworthstown for Barry.
There is a hotel in the Main Street of Longford.Edited: 02 July 2010, 09:03

Thank you again for your response. I have one more question, are there any private chauffeur companies in the area that can accomodate the group of 6 people that I have traveling. I have found quite a few tour companies but they will only do a 3 night minimum and they really want to do one night.
