Domilocos offer a great location a lot of surfers stay there!!
Both are a short walk to the beach but I think it is a better value at Domilocos and they have a real nice restaurant too. You might look into surf lessons with Dylan of Sunset Surf that operates out of Domilocos. He is excellent.
Second about Dylan Park he is the best!
Another vote for Domilocos. We have stayed there three times, basic rooms with AC and TV, OK breakfast buffet, and a great tapas restaurant at night. A short walk from the main part of town.
Would suggest Andrew's Dominical Waverider surf camp for surfing lessons. Andrew was lifeguard captain for 5 years, and his camp's lessons are laid back and fun, yet very safety focused. His instructors is really well trained, and student/instructor ratio is 2:1 or less.
Sunset Surf. Dylan. awesome, and they organized all our activities, car, zip lines, canyoning, horse back riding, rafting, ocean kayaking etc etc.
two thumbs up!
avoid South Wave Surf shop. ripoff.
