The best way to Bariloche would be with an airflight, howevver lately the airport has been closing frequently due to the volcano ash.

Have a look at www.plataforma10.com for bus schedules. This would be your best alternative.

Thanks for the advice Richardo, are there any direct flights from Ushuaia or Punta Arenas to Bariloche?

Have a look at www.lan.com and www.aerolineas.com. They have flights which may have one stop in El Calafate which is on the way.

They have other flights which go through Buenos Aires, but you don't want to spend that much time for a flight change.

Just keep in mind at this time, because of the volcanic ash in the area that these schedules change rapidly so be sure and have a back up plan.
