Parks for strollers

I’ve been trying to find a few good scenic parks near the mesa area that i can get around easily with strollers. It doesn’t have to be paved if the ground is packed enough for wheels to not dig in.

Sloan Park on Rio Salado Pkw next to the new Cubs Stadium is beautiful. It is totally paved with walkways intertwining small ponds where fishing is allowed. Plenty of benches to rest awhile. Continue to far end of the park and there is the most lovely playground and splash park.

Im not that familiar with other areas of Mesa to know where parks are. Where are you staying?

Pioneer park is directly across the street from the Mormon Temple in Mesa. I have onky seen it at night when we have parked to see the Christmas display at the temple. Why dont you go to google maps and put in Parks in Mesa and see what comes up.

Tempe Town Lake wouldn't be too far. Several places to park, the path along the lake is wide and paved for quite aways.

Get on 60 and go to Greenfield, then south to Guadalupe and left to the Riparian Preserve at Water Ranch, The path around the main lake is paved and most other paths would be okay for a stroller.
