Will be at this hotel for 4 weeks in Jan 2019.
Thoughts/ comments please on this hotel.
On the baga road, quite busy road so you want a room at the rear, less traffic noise, close to all amenities... not the best not the worst in the area.
you won't be dissapointed it's in a nice area close to lots of bars an restuarants on Baga rd..
we stay in hotel opposite Ticlo Resorts. Pop in when your there and say hello to Josh main bar man..cheap bar drinks and live entertainment on Wed and Friday's and Kareoki on Mon and Thursday's..
we will be there at same time as you Staying till 13 th Feb... there ivsnt any entertainment in your hotel, and a lot do come across to ours as its nice and friendly ask Josh if Sheila and Jim are in and he will introduce you to us.. hope you enjoy your stay..Edited: 13 August 2018, 09:52
If you're buying Thornhill, we'll all be coming....;-)
We have stayed in the Lambana twice, and as ThornhillLass says it is in a great location for exploring Calangute one way, and Baga the other. We still call in to the terrace bar for their cheap beer offers, and some great people watching. And we have been known to join Sheila and Jimmy in the Ticlo!
I have to say when we were there it wasn't the cleanest place, and a lot of people were ill, including us. l put it down to the rancid butter they served at breakfast every day. Some people even went out and bought their own butter. But that was a few years ago now, and it could have improved. Just be a bit careful about what you eat there.Edited: 13 August 2018, 20:27
