take the boat ride on brazillian side or argentinian side

We will fly into Foz de Iguassu and immediately go to the park to explore the falls. That evening we will be staying at the Sheraton on the Argentinian side. The next day we will explore the argentinian side of the falls until 5 pm when we fly out to Buenas Aires. We want to take the boat ride under the falls.....is the ride any different on the brazillian side vs the argentinian side? Which side takes longer to hike the trails? We'll have about 5 hours on the Brazillian side and about 6-7 hours on the Argentinian side.

Hi Fellow Washington Stater!

I would suggest taking the jet boat ride on the Brazilian side under the Falls. Only because you can see all of the Falls and trails on the Brazil side within a 3 hour time span and then take the boat ride or take it first, whichever is least crowded. You will definitely need a full day on the Argentina side, so much to do. In Argentina, I would take the train out to Devils Throat first thing in the morning to avoid the long wait in line. That is the Upper Circuit, then do the Lower Curcuit.
