Rafting on Shockwave (Vic Falls) vs Safpar (Livingstone)?

Hi there, We are looking at half day of rafting and are debating between these two providers. We will be staying in Victoria Falls town. What is the difference between the two?

Which would you recommend and why?

Thanks!

Hi Serendipitiy,

Both of them are excellent companies, locally owned and with great experienced guides. However, Safpar is in Zambia operating out of Livingstone Town. If you staying in Victoria Falls town it would be easier to book with Shockwave as they operate on the Zimbabwean side.

Openminded85 is spot on, both Companies are excellent with experienced guides. Since you are staying in Victoria Falls town its easy for you to book with Shockwave but i find Safpar rafting really amazing. I would recommend Safpar but you will also have to take into consideration the water leaves at your time of visit
