How strict is 15kg limit on Aerolink, Air Kenya, auric air?

We are taking many charter flights using Aerolink, Air Kenya, and auric air. We are gone for a month (including climbing Kilimanjaro) and are finding it nearly impossible to get our weight down to anywhere close to 15 kg (33lbs).

Has anyone taken these flights and what have you experienced? How strict are they with the 15kg limit?

Entebbe > Bwindi Kihihi (Aerolink Uganda)

Entebbe > Kogatende (Auric Air)

Kogatende > Migori (Auric Air)

Migori > Mara North (Air Kenya)

Mara North > Nairobi Wilson > Kili (Air Kenya)

I've answered this on the Tanzania forum too, but for other people reading this- they're not always that strict, but ultimately weight is a safety issue and the planes are small, so if you are likely to be well over, best to book an additional luggage allowance in advance.
