Kas End Nov - Snorkeling

We wish to visit Kas, Oludeniz and Fethiye end Nov this year. We are avid snorkellers. How will the weather be and will it allow us to to snorkel during that time of the year ? R there many sites around from the Shore ? Is it going to be completely dead and deserted ? Is it worth a visit ?

We go to egypt very often during this time and it seems to be fine and happening there even though the weather is a little cool. Now we're thinking of giving Turkey a shot. Please advise ?

Kas and Fethiye are working towns and are never "dead" there's always something to do and plenty of choice of cafes and restaurants as there are ex-pats living there as well as local people. Oludeniz has no residents and more or less shuts down in November but you can still see people out and about at the weekend, some are paragliding, others just taking in the scenery and beach. The weather should be OK most days and there are plenty of small bays around the rocky coastline to snorkel.
