There are 100's of laundries around. Where is your hotel?

once you step outside your hotel you will see signs for local laundry services. IF you can't just ask and before you know it someone will be pointing you in the right direction. Getting laundry done is very cheap. Each hotel offers laundry service as well but this is usually more costly.

You usually pay to have your washing done by the piece but there are also some places that charge by the kilo.

Thanks so much!

I am one of the rare people i think as i dislike the strong smell that comes with Bali laundering. I know some buy the spray to take home but I don't like the perfume of it.

It is a strong smell loved by many but sometimes it can be a bit overwhelming. Some laundries offer you different fragrances though... usually the ones that charge by the kilo.

last time I had my clothes washed but didn't opt for them to be ironed.

Was disappointed when I got home and unpacked it from the plastic bag that it was all creased.

Should I get it washed and ironed and then packed and bring it home that way or was I just unlucky that they didnt fold it properly ?

Yeah, I didn't really like the smell at the place we first got ours done at but coped with it as there is 6 of us so not having washing to do when I got home was brilliant. But the next time we went my husband took it to a weighing place and the smell was much better.

I was never asked about ironing. It just came back that way.

Would love to know of the best place to go around the Grand Istana Rama though if anyone has any tips.

Thanks
