The Hajj Eid (Eid Al Adha) will most likely be on 21 Aug 2018

Some shops are closed, but most remain open and there are celebrations and festivities.

Tourists always come to Dubai no matter when,

August is among the hottest and most humid months. That said, there are a lot of visitors during Eid to enjoy the festivities, sale offers and so on. Malls and most activities are open as usual. Smaller outlets may close for one day (main Eid day). Tourists are always welcome in Dubai.
