Absolutely no idea. What will you be doing? Eating in fancy restaurants or picnicking on food bought at the grocery store? Renting a car? Spending your time on the beach? Taking tours?

Evening meals out. Maybe the occasional lunch in the town centre and some exploring throughout the week but mainly just chilling by the pool.

Things are a little bit more expensive here than other parts of Croatia. Not by much but just be aware. I’ve noticed a Coke is about 12kn everywhere else but here in restaurants it’s 16kn. So I’m sure other things are a bit more expensive as well.

Pula is cheaper than many places (especially Dubrovnik) but you have to know where to look. Did you enjoy your trip?

Thank you. I haven’t been yet, I’m going in a few weeks. I have read in several places that Pula is predominantly cheaper than most cities in Croatia so I am hoping this is true!

If you eat out at konobas rather than restaurants Pula can indeed be cheaper; it's where I go for furniture and other shopping. Accommodation needn't be expensive, either. I highly recommend staying in an apartment rather than a hotel for best value. The daily market is very good...perfect for self catering if you wish.

Go to bakeries for pastries including burek. Inexpensive breakfast!
