Spending Money

Hi All,

We are heading over to Fiji in June for 7 full days for my sisters wedding. We are planning on taking snacks especially for our 3 year old and we have breakfast included every day. How much spending money should we look at taking for 2 adults and a 3 year old? We will be staying at outrigger but don't think we will be doing many activities.

Thanks.

Activities etc can generally be charged to your roo whilst at the resort. Just be aware that resorts charge a percentage up to 5% is legal for using a credit or debit card. This can add up . Not all resorts charge this it is optional. There are other compulsory taxes generally built into your room and meal package rate. Just be aware so you don' t get a shock when you settle your bill. It is a god idea to have some lical money for any out of resort activities or shopping. How much is up to you, I would suggest a couple of hundres Fiji dollars at least. You can change back what yoy don't use. It is bandy to have some money for coffe or drinks at the airport while waiting foy your flight.
