We usually by it duty free at the airport when we arrive. Can't remember what it cost, think it was around $40 to $50FJD, could have even been cheaper. Much cheaper than at the resorts. The Shangri La was charging $70FJD.

Best place is the local supermarkets. A case of beer was approx $45fj. It is cheaper to buy warm!

Duty free is cheapest, but, if you buy just one case of beer, it counts as your entire alcohol allowance for 2 people! This means you cant bring in any other wine or spirits at all.

As kirjobat said, its about $45 in Supermarkets in Nadi, & was $60 in the supermarket at Denarau in June. Still good value considering the good exchange rate & still WAY cheaper than paying $7 or more for a beer at a resort.

If it is only beer you want they get it duty free otherwise the supermarkets are by far the cheapest. Remember that you can only drink it at your room otherwise you are compromising the liquor laws of the resorts. Most rooms have a bar fridge but check as some island resorts don't.
