The Villa Puri Ayu has lots of different 2 bedroom options, so they are really worth a try. They have both Traditional Balinese Compound or modern mezzanine sytle as well.

I know that The Peneeda View which is a beachfront hotel in Sanur has 2 bedroom family rooms available at very reasonable costs, but I have not stayed there. You will find that most hotels in Bali have adjoining rooms with a door opening between the 2 rooms, this is the type of accommodation we get for our family of four which has the advangage of 2 tvs and 2 bathrooms, one for the kids and one for us.
