what plug sockets???

hi there. going to bali tomorrow (staying in a villa)and was wondering whast the plug sockets were over there? thanks

2 pin sockets (round pins), like you get in Europe. A normal European adapter does the trick.

Actually this is a bit tricky.

The plug sockets are two pin, similar to continental Europe. But the wall outlets have a round shape and the pin receptacle is recessed. So unless your adapter or plug is round in shape, it won't fit into many of the wall sockets, even if it is two pin.

The solution is to buy or borrow an adapter in Indonesia.

hi often the hotels and villas will provide an adapter for you. if not they are easily found in bali and very cheap. i also take a double adapter if you have more than 1 item to plug in / charge then it saves waiting for things to charge and swapping plugs etc.
