Probably calculate US$120 per day or more to be safe.

Hi Paul from Zimbabwae... you'll want to have around 27,246.99 ZWD a day

120USD would do you plenty for casual outings and travel lightly.

There were days that we spent a lot less and it wasn't at all uncomfortable.

Hope that helps

Hi Paul,

How long is a piece of string.

You say you are travelling around a lot but what does that mean. Suggest you say exactly where you will be staying.

e.g. Snorkeling - there is no snorkeling down south. If you are moving to the right area, like Amed, then snorkeling is free - if you have your own gear or the hotel supplies it.

If you are staying down south then you can get ripped off for a 2hr snorkeling trip to Padangbai for US$55 per person. There's your daily allowance gone.

If you drink wine or spirits then this puts a big dent in your daily costs. A named spirit and Mixer will be IDR100k ish as will a glass of Wine. Can be IDR20k cheaper in some bars in Kuta/Legian/Sanur.

Just had a Myers and coke (well 2 actually) in a place in Amed and that was IDR105k.
