3 month holiday home rental

Hi - We are hoping to go to Phuket for approx 3 months from mid November 2013. We like the areas of Kata & Karon though we are not set on it.

Can anyone advise of either an apartment/villa/house to rent for this period? We need 3 bedrooms. I have looked on may of the holiday letting / rental sites and they all come up very expensive (£5,000.00 per month plus) We are looking for something nice and comfortable, clean and central. We stayed 2 years ago at Kata Gardens which was gorgeous but expensive.

Any info is greatly appreciated. Many thanks

Hi there, try some of the real estate sites in Phuket such as

www.siamrealestate.com

www.houseinphuket.com

www.tropicalproperties.com ( Luc is the manager and very helpful)

phuketrenthouse.com/phuket-long-term-rentals

These do long term rentals, many holiday rentals are up there in price, the real estate companies have much more reasonable prices.

www.phuketgazette.com is the local english newspaper and has private rentals also. Sue
